As a general rule, Oconee County will not disclose any personally identifiable information collected online to entities outside of Oconee County departments and agencies except:

2.     Where the information is considered public information under the Georgia Open Records Act O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70 et. seq., or other applicable laws; 

3.     Where required to do so by other operation of law. 

 b.     Visitors should be aware that information collected through the portal may be subject to examination and inspection, if such information is a public record and not otherwise protected from disclosure.
