Base charges apply. If a mailed bill is not received, this does not relieve the customer from the responsibility of paying the bill or any associated late charges. You may call our office during business hours or view your account online. Non-payment in our office by the due date is subject to a $2.00 or 10% late fee (whichever is greater) of the delinquent amount. If payment is not received within 21 days of the original due date, an additional nonpayment fee of $40.00 will be added to the account and service discontinued. Failure to complete a final service form will result in customer being responsible for any water usage until account is closed. Tampering with meter will result in a fine of $250.00.Water meters must be accessible at all times and a three-foot radius must be maintained. Failure to maintain this radius may result in landscaping being cut or removed and an obstruction fee added to your account. Any payments received with missing or incorrect account numbers may be charged a lookup fee.
